The project to create technology and innovation support centers was launched under an agreement between the Algerian National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). INAPI signed an agreement with the University of Tissemselt on December 01, 2020, to build relationships for the exchange of expertise and information between universities, research centers and economic operators, thereby promoting technology transfer, creativity and innovation. The Technology and Innovation Support Center houses a digital/electronic library that includes * Patent files, describing proprietary technologies, published in free and commercial databases (international, regional and national) and belonging to thousands of journals, articles and scientific publications. * Internet and equipment (computers, printers, etc.) needed to run the center.
Mission
Help stakeholders to search for technical information or scientific publications. Provide advice on how to patent an invention. Patenting objectives Develop an intellectual property strategy and manage intellectual capital. Improve ability to exploit patent databases and millions of scientific and technical journals. Catalyze innovation and technology transfer through networks as the main driver of innovation between the research world and the economic sector. Encourage the exploitation of scientific research results and innovations to create a dynamic between the university and the organization.
