Vice-Rectorate of the University for Higher Education, Continuing Education and Diplomas :
- Monitor issues relating to the running of courses and internships organized by the university,
- Ensure compliance with current regulations on enrolment, re-enrolment, knowledge control and student progress,
- Monitor the university’s distance learning programs and promote continuing education initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures in force concerning the awarding of diplomas and equivalences
- Maintain and update the student roster.
Sub-Directorate departments
It comprises the following departments:
Teaching, Training and Evaluation Department :
Its functions are as follows:
- Monitor issues relating to the operation of teaching, training and assessment.
- Ensure that the training programs offered by faculties and institutes are in line with the university’s development program.
- Monitor the coaching process.
- Monitor and compare teacher timetables.
Continuing Education Department :
Its functions are as follows:
- Identify students, teachers and teaching structures
- Ensure compliance with current regulations on student enrolment, re-registration, transition and follow-up
- Monitoring the University’s teleconferencing activities.
- Develop continuing education activities.
- Manage pedagogical follow-up sheets.
- Maintain and update the student database
Diplomas and Equivalences Department :
Its functions are as follows:
- Organize and monitor the issuing of certificates and averages.
- Work on archive conservation.
