the Vice-Rectorate for External Relations, Cooperation, Animation and communication is responsible for :

• Promote the University’s relations with its social and economic environment, and initiate partnership programs.
• Initiate every activity to promote inter-university exchanges and cooperation in education and research
• Promote and communicate within and outside the university.
• Organize and promote scientific events.
• Monitor and ensure the coherence of teacher development and updating programs.

Sub-Directorate departments

the Vice-Rectorate for External Relations, Cooperation, Animation and communication is made up of two departments:

Inter-University Cooperation and Exchanges Service responsible for the management and monitoring of:

• National and international partnership agreements.
• Doctoral theses.
• European program (Tempus, Erasmus Mundus, Erasmus +, …).
• Bilateral research projects (Tassili, PHC Maghreb, …).
• Visits by foreigners (Hospitals, Programs, etc.).
• Foreign Scholarships (PNE, Profas+, Erasmus Mundus, AUF, Islamic Development Bank,…).
• Partnership with the Socio-Economic Sector.
