The watch, communication and listening cell was created by the then director of the university center by decision no.: 81/MJT/2015 of October 26, 2015, based on the Directorate of Networks, Automated Information Systems and Communication no. 15/32 of 2015/06/04.
Missions of the monitoring, communication and listening unit
- Create these interactive web pages to ensure an effective communication process, and monitor and update them.
- Track student and teacher concerns presented in the concerns link through category-specific forms.
- Collect and classify concerns to facilitate the problem-solving process.
- Transfer concerns to faculties/institutes or central administration depending on the nature of the concern and respond to them after receiving the concerned party, either in the form of an article published on these pages (if the concern is public), or by e-mail (if the concern is private), or by addressing the concerned department directly to respond to the concern in a direct and detailed manner.
- Work on the development of the Tissemselt University website.
- Produce periodic reports for the University Director on the results of the various responses to the issues raised.
