Laying of the foundation stone for the construction project of five (5) new science laboratories at the university

As part of the celebrations marking the 71st anniversary of the outbreak of the War of Liberation

and with the aim of developing scientific research infrastructure at the University of Tissemsilt, the Wali of the wilaya of Tissemsilt, Bouzid Fathi, accompanied by the university’s director, Professor Abdelghani Choucha, presided today over the ceremony to lay the foundation stone for the construction of five (5) new scientific laboratories at the university.

Local civil, security, and military authorities, as well as the revolutionary family, were present, alongside the university’s vice-rectors, faculty deans, and institute directors. During the ceremony, Mr. Wadheh Amine, Vice-Rector of the university in charge of development, foresight, and guidance, gave a comprehensive presentation on the project, including the future objectives and technical components of the laboratories, which will help strengthen the university’s capabilities in the field of scientific research and innovation.

This project is part of the government’s efforts to promote higher education and provide a modern scientific environment that meets the requirements of local and national development.
